TEFL / TESOL in South East Asia!
4 week / 140 hour TEFL/TESOL
Located in beautiful Canggu, Bali our training centre is a 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by a culturally exhilarating buzz of coffee shops and restaurants. Our prices include free visa information and free job assistance at the end of your course. We’ll arrange pick-up from the airport and greeting meal on your first night before we begin the 140 hour TEFL/TESOL certification. Just book your flight and we'll see you here!
We run 11 courses per year, each course is 4 weeks and 140 hours. You’ll receive a very highly regarded certified certificate (this is very important to have) upon completion of your course as well as job placement guidance. Most of our students begin work within 2 weeks of the course completion and have jobs all over South East Asia. We work hard with you to find the perfect placement.
We understand where you are coming from, we assume that our students have little to no teaching experience and little to no knowledge of ESL teaching. Our skill is getting you ready in 4 weeks. You’ll have the advantage of face-to-face training as well as real life teaching practice in schools, businesses and language schools.

So what exactly is a TEFL / TESOL course?
TEFL stands for ‘Teaching English as a Foreign Language’ and TESOL ‘Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages’ these two terms are interchangeable, they are both umbrella terms for courses which prepare you to teach English to non-English speaking people. Most people will use the term TEFL but TESOL is equally as recognised. Neither is better than the other as they just refer to the type of course! The important part is to make sure your course has good accreditation so that your certificate is well recognised and respected in all corners of the world! – Like ours are!
Why Choose Us?
Destination TEFL, Koh Samui opened in 2011 as Samui TEFL, on the beautiful tropical island of Koh Samui, Thailand. With expansion in mind, the natural progression was to open another training centre in Cambodia – a land where ancient and modern worlds collide to create a unique destination.
